Role:

• As part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Site Operations Manager you will lead the largest department within the site, consisting of 3 direct reports and circa 50 indirect reports.
• You will be responsible for leading and developing an effective Team within the Processing Department, packing both chilled and frozen food
• To ensure the delivery of key Business goals and Operational Strategy by taking ownership and accountability for the department’s performance including efficient operation, a safe and supportive working environment, continuous improvement of processes and practices. To deliver against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) achieved through compliance with Leprino Europe standards and a focus on quality people and quality processes.
• You will be required to provide duty manager weekend cover on a rolling rota basic over a 10 week basis

Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Business, Engineering or Technical subject
• At least 3 years management experience in a manufacturing environment with direct responsibility for achieving results through a team of Shift Managers / Team Leads
