Processing Manager

Processing Manager Monday to Friday8.30am to 5pm Food Manufacturing Role: As part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Site Operations Manager you will lead the largest department within the site, consisting of 3 direct reports and circa 50 indirect reports. You will be responsible for leading and developing an effective Team within the Processing Department, packing both chilled and frozen food To ensure the delivery of key Business goals and Operational Strategy by taking ownership and accountability for the department s performance including efficient operation, a safe and supportive working environment, continuous improvement of processes and practices. To deliver against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) achieved through compliance with Leprino Europe standards and a focus on quality people and quality processes. You will be required to provide duty manager weekend cover on a rolling rota basic over a 10 week basis Requirements: Third level qualification in Business, Engineering or Technical subject At least 3 years management experience in a manufacturing environment with direct responsibility for achieving results through a team of Shift Managers / Team Leads ..... full job details .....
