Your Responsibilities Collaborate with equipment and project engineers on the development, evaluation and integration of new manufacturing and packaging designs and enhancements to meet strategic business plans and customer requirements. Identify, collaborate and/ or lead projects to reduce losses and/ or increase OEE: rates, yields, capacity, schedule attainment. Work closely with company subject matter experts on the tech transfer of new products, new technologies and implementation of innovative approaches to plant operation and maintenance. Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operators to benchmark the facility and develop standardized system to define and sustain optimal processes and equipment set- ups. Serve as a technical partner for the site including production and maintenance employees, plant operations and leadership team, other manufacturing sites, corporate engineering, SandT organisations, and external partners. Work closely with local Plant Manager to identify and address current and future capacity constraints based on demand forecasts.
