You''ll take new products from concept through to launch, making sure every scale-up hits the technical and quality mark, while constantly looking for smarter, more efficient ways to run the factory floor. The Opportunity Reporting to the Process Manager, you''ll plan and run factory trials, troubleshoot process challenges, and help scout and launch new manufacturing technologies that keep the business ahead of the curve. It''s a hands-on, technical role for someone who''s as comfortable on the production line as they are writing up a trial report.
