Process Technologist

Ever wanted to move into a bakery environment?

Or already working in bakery NPD and fancy a role with more hands-on ownership?

This role takes products from development through factory trials, scale-up and launch, working closely with Operations, Process and Technical.

You''ll get involved in:

• Recipe development
• New raw materials
• Factory trials and scale-up
• Troubleshooting
• Product launches

They''re open to people with food manufacturing/NPD experience who want to move into bakery, as well as candidates already working in bakery.

A food qualification is useful, but practical manufacturing experience matters more.
