We are partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading food-to-go business to recruit a Process Technologist for a confidential hire.This role is ideal for a technically strong, hands-on individual who thrives in manufacturing environments and enjoys bridging product development with scalable, efficient production.The RoleAs Process Technologist, you will play a critical role in translating product concepts into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes across chilled food operations.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supporting factory trials, first productions, and scale-up activitiesOptimising manufacturing processes to improve quality, yield, efficiency, and consistencyWorking closely with NPD, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product launchesTroubleshooting process issues on site and implementing corrective actionsSupporting the transfer of products between sites or suppliers where requiredEnsuring processes meet food safety, legal, and customer standardsDocumenting process parameters, SOPs, and manufacturing specificationsThe Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Process Technologist or Development / Manufacturing Technologist within chilled food or food-to-goStrong understanding of food manufacturing processes and factory operationsConfident working hands-on in production environmentsExperience running factory trials and scaling products from bench to factoryOrganised, resilient, and comfortable working at paceStrong stakeholder ..... full job details .....
