This is a hands-on role sitting between product development and manufacturing. You will help take new and improved products from the development stage through factory trials, scale-up and successful production launch. The position would suit someone who enjoys working on the factory floor, solving problems and collaborating with NPD, Technical, Production and Engineering teams to create reliable and efficient manufacturing processes. The Role You will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating factory trials for new products and improvements to existing ranges. Supporting the scale-up of products from development kitchen to full production. Producing detailed trial documentation, process instructions and technical reports. Gathering and analysing trial data to establish effective manufacturing parameters. Working closely with NPD, Production, Technical and Engineering teams throughout the launch process.
