Process Shift Technician Hull£33,373 rising to £35,373.73Permanent Days and Nights Adecco are recruiting for a Process Shift Technician to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull. This is a hands-on role working across manufacturing and laboratory areas, ensuring products are produced, tested and approved to the correct specification. Key Duties Test process materials and finished products against specification. Issue blending and packing instructions. Identify and correct out-of-specification material. Investigate non-conforming product and support root-cause actions. Liaise with Production, Maintenance and Shift Supervisors. Maintain accurate testing records and samples. Ensure working areas remain safe and technically compliant. Support equipment set-up and process improvements. About You We are looking for someone who is: Practical and hands-on. Confident working in manufacturing, production, process or laboratory environments. Logical and comfortable solving problems. Organised with strong attention to detail. Able to follow technical instructions and maintain accurate records. A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working both day and night shifts.
