The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a manufacturing plant, overseeing equipment and processes from raw material intake through to finished product dispatch.    The working hours are on a rotational basis of 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 and will include weekends.    Key Duties –    Operate and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production processes Produce finished goods in line with defined quality standards Contribute to achieving daily and weekly production targets as part of a team Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the production area Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Support accurate stock control and inventory processes, including stock takes Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure effective plant performance and minimise downtime Communicate effectively with site teams to support production planning and material flow Take responsibility for personal and team safety within the workplace      Skills ...
