Process Shift Technician Hull £35,373 Rotating Days and Nights (12-hour shifts - potential future change)The OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Process Shift Technician to join a busy manufacturing site in Hull. This is a permanent role working across both production and laboratory environments, offering full training and the opportunity to develop within a technical setting.This position suits someone with a practical, hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and an interest in process operations and quality control.Working HoursRotating 12-hour shifts:Days: 06:30 - 18:30Nights: 18:30 - 06:30Rotating shift pattern with scheduled rest daysNo regular weekend work, except Sunday evening starts when transitioning onto night shiftsShift pattern currently under review (potential move to 8-hour, 5-day shifts)Salary and Benefits£35,373 annual salary264 hours annual leave (pro rata from start date)Full training providedKey ResponsibilitiesWork in line with health, safety, and operational standardsIssue blending and packing instructions based on production requirementsCarry out testing of materials against specificationsIdentify and implement adjustments to ensure product qualityTake action to resolve process or product issuesMaintain accurate records and sample traceabilityPrepare and package samples as requiredCollaborationWork alongside Shift Supervisors to meet production targetsProvide clear instructions to Production OperativesLiaise with Maintenance teams to resolve ..... full job details .....
