This is a brand new role within the business and would suit a Process Technical Lead or Process Engineer seeking a role where they can not only implement new processes but also highlight areas for improvement within existing systems. You will be an expert within food manufacturing technical processes and be the technical bridge across technical, production and engineering. The RoleKey responsibilities include:Lead process optimisation to ensure operational integration.Manage processes to ensure safe and compliant production, from raw material control through to processing and packaging.Create standardised processes to drive consistency, efficiency and throughput.Lead investigations into deviations and food safety risks.Support new product trials and scale-up validation.Be the technical authority for process failures by highlighting root cause and drive corrective actions. Be the technical process expert, promoting cross functional and collaborative working, alongside coaching and training.
