This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Production Manager, you''ll lead a team of Operators across the manufacturing process, providing guidance, support, and direction while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Operators to achieve daily production targetsAllocate labour and delegate tasks effectively across the shiftProvide clear instructions and guidance to team membersConduct shift handovers and communicate key information between shiftsReport maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering teamMonitor production performance and resolve operational issues as they ariseEnsure all health and safety procedures and company policies are followedMaintain high standards of housekeeping across the production areaSupport and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and trainingIdentify training ..... full job details .....
