Process Support Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Process Support Engineer to join a successful and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys process improvement, problem-solving, and supporting production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Process Support Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production, quality, engineering and supply chain teams to support both new and existing products throughout their lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop manufacturing processes, plant layouts, tooling and production methods.Lead process risk assessments and manufacturing trials. Implement safe and lean manufacturing practices. Drive continuous improvement activities using process analysis and FMEA methodology.Support root cause investigations and corrective action plans. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, quality plans and Bills of Materials. Develop operating instructions and provide training to production teams. Support product introduction and production readiness activities. Provide technical support to production teams and assist in resolving engineering issues.
