Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with the right attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure work areas remain fully compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.Maintain technical standards within the production process.Issue blending and packing instructions in line with production schedules.Test products against required specifications and quality standards.Identify and implement corrective actions to bring products into specification.Complete testing of process materials and take effective action where issues are identified.Maintain accurate records and archived samples to support quality assurance and customer enquiries.Prepare and package samples for customers.Work closely with Shift Supervisors to deliver production schedules.Provide instructions and support to Production ..... full job details .....
