Salary: Paying from 16.35 to 20.08 per hour PAYE (inside IR35) Process Development Scientist Role:Work with lead scientists on laboratory studies through hands-on experimentation. Perform essential daily tasks, equipment calibration, buffer and media preparation, sampling, and routine monitoring of cultures.Maintain a high standard of lab organization and housekeeping.Proactively manage stock levels of consumables and reagents. Support on technical transfers and scale up into pilot plant for delivery of pivotal clinical trial materials.
