Process Safety Trainer Associate Location: UK Remote (Home-Based) with access to DEKRA offices in Southampton, Leeds, or Aberdeen and travel to client sites as required Day Rate: £800-1,000 per day Contract: Associate / Contract The Role We are seeking an experienced Process Safety Trainer Associate to deliver high-quality training across DEKRA s Process Safety portfolio. This role is ideal for a technically strong process safety professional with a passion for knowledge sharing and facilitation. You will deliver engaging, structured training to a range of audiences via both virtual platforms and in-person sessions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience. To deliver DEKRA Process Safety training courses using approved materials, ensuring professional, consistent, and engaging delivery across both open and in-house client programmes. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery and Facilitation • Deliver training courses such as HAZOP, DSEAR, and Process Safety Management to mixed delegate groups • Facilitate both virtual (Teams) and in-person training sessions • Use interactive delivery methods including workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises • Manage classroom dynamics to ensure inclusive and effective participation • Respond to technical queries within scope and escalate where required Course Preparation and Consistency • Prepare for delivery by reviewing course content, agendas, and delegate requirements • Deliver all training in line with ..... full job details .....
