Key Responsibilities Develop and implement site-specific processes and procedures for Process Safety Management (PSM) while ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide expert advice and coaching to line management to build capability and deepen understanding of PSM. Lead the delivery of HSE and PSM policies, fostering a culture of safety and hazard management. Act as a role model to drive the transition from compliance-based to commitment-based safety practices.
