Adecco is recruiting for a Process Plant Operator to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.

This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring critical industrial plant and production machinery. Full training will be provided on the company''s specialist processes, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, processing or machine-operating experience looking to develop further.

• Operate and monitor specialist plant machinery
• Monitor process conditions and equipment performance
• Carry out routine plant inspections
• Identify and report faults or abnormal operating conditions
• Feed raw materials into the production process
• Complete production and batch records
• Maintain excellent Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards
• Work alongside Production, Maintenance and Quality teams

• Previous manufacturing, processing or industrial experience
• Experience operating or monitoring machinery
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to follow operating procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working within an industrial environment

Experience with kilns, mixers/blenders, conveyors, bulk materials, FLTs or basic mechanical fault finding would be advantageous but isn''t essential.

4 on / 4 off - 12-hour shifts
2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
296 hours holiday including bank holiday allowance
