Baker Sulphur and Fertilizer, to recruit for a Process Operator to join their well-established sulphur processing facility in Southampton, Hampshire. The vital Process Operator role comes with a basic salary of c. 38,000 per annum + c. 4,000 shift allowance + overtime + bonus + a highly attractive pension scheme. The working hours will be Monday - Friday split shifts including 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm however, this could vary depending on operation demands of the site including the requirement to work on weekends.
