Process Operatives Wanted Brandon Straight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and professional team at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Brandon.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production environment and play an important role in manufacturing high-quality cosmetic products.Shift Available Nights: Monday to Thursday, 18 00 Pay Rate £13.50 per hour The Role As a Process Operative, you will be involved in the production of cosmetic products, following set recipes, procedures and quality standards to ensure every batch is manufactured safely and accurately.Key Responsibilities Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production proceduresOperate production equipment safely and efficientlyWork as part of a team to achieve daily production targetsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and hygieneMonitor products throughout the manufacturing processIdentify and report any quality issues or deviationsFollow all health, safety and company procedures Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production or a process-based environment is desirableStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workGood reading, writing and basic numeracy skillsPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingAble to work effectively as part of a teamReliable, punctual and committed to your role How to Apply If you re looking for your next opportunity in manufacturing and would like to join a professional ..... full job details .....
