Job Title: Process OperativeLocation: Trafford Park (M17)2 Days 2 Nights 6-off shift pattern (4 on 6 off) (6:30am-18:30pm vice versa)Pay Rate: £15.41 per hourOvertime available from £23.12 per hourTemp to perm for the right candidates Process Operative Roles and Responsibilities; Work within Company''s safety standards with a responsibility for othersRun the machine(s) and watch the process and if necessary, adjust according to Company''s Continuous Improvement SystemsConsult with Team Leader or skilled operators if requiredOrder and prepare raw materials /or products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machineMaintain an optimal housekeeping situationSupport others in operating activitiesSecure the quality level of the productsComplete all required documentation and data files during production The Successful Candidate;The right candidate must have a can-do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided from first day.
