The role involves operating and monitoring process equipment, carrying out cleaning and gassing activities on tanks and pipework, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all production activities meet quality, safety, and operational standards. Key Duties Operate and monitor beer chilling equipment. Transfer brewery and road tanker beer as required. Clean and gas tanks and pipework (mains). Monitor beer movements and production processes. Complete production records accurately. Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times. Report any equipment faults or process issues. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Support daily production activities to meet operational targets. Skills & Experience Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
