The purpose of this role is to operate and run the designated plant, achieve daily operations targets and maintain GMP standards within the process department. Contract : Permanent, Full time contract Location: Minsterley (Shrewsbury) Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, days and nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am Salary: £32,011 per annum plus x1.5 overtime rate As a Process Operative the key responsibilities will include: Delivering the daily production plan Operating plant/equipment and carrying out routine basic maintenance Achieving daily KPI targets Working with Key Operators to carry out start up procedures, ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout production Ensuring an effective hand over between shifts, remaining on line until relief takes over Monitoring product quality, highlighting non-conformance and taking appropriate corrective action Ensuring SIC and Quality information is accurate, complete and timely Completing all documentation, ensuring its up to date and available Training operator...
