Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Shift Pattern: 6-2 / 2-10 / 9-5 About the Business I''m recruiting for my client, a specialist ingredients and chemicals business supplying products to customers across a range of industries, including food, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. They are looking for a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator to join their team in Redditch, supporting industrial powder packing and repacking, food and chemical processing, and general warehouse operations. The Role Carry out powder packing, repacking and production activities. Support food and chemical processing operations. Manage stock movements and ensure packaging materials are available. Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation. Arrange goods dispatch, deliveries and collections where required. Follow strict Health and Safety, hygiene and quality procedures. Handle materials safely in line with relevant safety data sheets. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Support wider warehouse activities and work closely with the Process Lead. About You Previous manufacturing experience within a BRC, FSSC, GMP or similarly regulated environment is essential. Understanding of SDS, COSHH and risk assessments. Strong attention to detail, particularly with weights, measurements and documentation. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
