From leading high-stakes workstreams within our DWI Transformation Programme to overseeing a team of Process Leads, your mission is to ensure our technical documentation and frontline compliance are world-class.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Leadership: Take full accountability for a diverse portfolio, including Site Operating Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DMA contingency plans.DWI Transformation: Lead critical workstreams focused on General Site Duties, Treatment Works contingency, and Service Reservoir/Booster site manuals.Innovation and CI Lead: Act as the primary champion for continuous improvement in Water Supply, identifying inefficiencies and designing creative, high-impact solutions.Compliance and Audit: Design and execute a robust internal audit program to ensure frontline adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Process Leads, maintaining rigorous quality control over all technical outputs.Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and ..... full job details .....
