Although the role has no direct reports, you''ll play a key role in engaging stakeholders across the business, embedding Lean thinking and helping to shape a culture of continuous improvement.You''ll lead projects focused on improving productivity, quality, safety and operational efficiency, while supporting investment in new processes and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and logistics operations.Analyse performance data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions and Root Cause Analysis to drive sustainable improvements.Deliver Lean initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S and Statistical Process Control (SPC).Manage improvement projects from concept through to implementation, working closely with production, engineering and support teams.Support ..... full job details .....
