Process Improvement ConsultantLocation: Newcastle - 2 to 3 days per week on siteContractWe are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to support a programme within a financial services client.This role is focused on driving real improvement across core operational processes. You will take ownership of end to end change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and implement practical solutions.What you will be doingLead process improvement work across operational and customer journeysAnalyse current processes and identify inefficienciesDeliver Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finishFacilitate workshops and work with cross functional teamsUse data to identify root cause issues and track outcomesPut in place improvements that drive measurable resultsWhat we are looking forLean Six Sigma Black Belt is essentialStrong experience delivering process improvement in financial servicesPrevious experience working in a complex FS environmentConfident stakeholder engagement at senior levelAble to lead change and bring people with youStrong analytical and problem solving skillsReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
