Process Engineering Technician Working Pattern: Shift-Based The Opportunity Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of an experienced Process Engineering Technician to join their established Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist, high-volume manufacturing environment, playing a key role in supporting production processes, resolving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Working closely with Process Engineering, Production and Development Engineering teams, you will help ensure manufacturing processes operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while supporting the introduction of new technologies and products. This position offers the opportunity to work within a highly technical environment, contributing directly to process optimisation, product quality, yield improvement and operational performance. The Role As Process Engineering Technician, you will provide hands-on technical and engineering support across semiconductor fabrication and testing operations. Working on a shift-based pattern, you will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues, investigating process deviations and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency and product performance.
