Process Engineer

Wolviston Management Services is recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for two Process Engineers to join its Engineering team at its manufacturing facility in Greatham, Hartlepool. Please see details below: Job Purpose: The Process Engineer provides technical, operational and process safety support to the area team, helping to ensure plant operations are safe, reliable, compliant and capable of delivering required production and quality targets. The role drives continuous improvement in plant process and operational performance by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities relating to capacity, variable costs, product quality, environmental performance and process safety. Roles and Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement of plant performance by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that support current and future production capacity, variable cost reduction and product quality improvement. Investigate process incidents, production losses and operational issues using appropriate problem-solving tools, ensuring effective corrective actions are identified and implemented to prevent recurrence. Provide technical understanding, oversight, guidance and training to operations teams to support high levels of process competence, safe operation and consistent performance.
