TXM Recruit is recruiting a Process Engineer with NPI responsibilities for a specialist battery manufacturer in Coatbridge. This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys getting involved across the full product lifecycle. You ll combine practical manufacturing improvements with new product development, turning customer requirements into workable designs and robust production processes. From developing concepts in SolidWorks to overseeing prototype builds, you ll see the results of your engineering decisions on the factory floor.
