LEAD INFORMATION Job Title: Process Engineer / Process Developer Site Location: Broughton Responsible To: Engineering / Management Team Purpose of the Role: To develop, improve and support manufacturing processes across the business, supporting NPI, new customer projects, production efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. Client Brief: Due to continued growth and the recent acquisition of two major customers, the client is looking to strengthen their engineering team with a Process Engineer / Process Developer. The role will work alongside an experienced Process Engineer and will support increasing customer demand, new product introductions and ongoing production optimisation. KEY INFORMATION Reason for Vacancy: Business growth and acquisition of two major customers, creating increased demand and new projects. Contract: Permanent, full time Salary: £40,000 Overtime: 1.5x basic rate Mon-Sat, 2.0x Sunday Shifts: Monday Thursday 7:45am 4:15pm / Friday 7:45am 12:45pm Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Facilities: Excellent facilities on site, very well kept site and free parking available also RESPONSIBILITIES The Role Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
