Process Engineer

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a strong injection moulding background looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We''re seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to lead process optimisation, tool trials, machine validation and continuous improvement initiatives across a modern manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving quality, efficiency and production performance while working with a range of injection moulding technologies and equipment. The Role As a Process Engineer, you''ll be responsible for supporting and improving injection moulding processes, ensuring products are manufactured consistently, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you''ll drive process improvements, troubleshoot technical issues and lead new product and process validation activities. Key ResponsibilitiesLead injection moulding process validation, proofing and production readiness activitiesConduct mould trials, process trials and machine optimisation projectsTroubleshoot moulding, quality and production issues using root cause analysis techniquesOptimise cycle times, reduce scrap and improve process stabilitySupport the setting, validation and ongoing optimisation of injection moulding machinesDevelop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and work instructionsDrive continuous improvement, waste reduction and ..... full job details .....
