Process Engineer
The Process Engineer will take ownership for improving process performance, strengthening process control and supporting reliable, compliant manufacture in a regulated medical device environment. Client Details A family-owned global company, for more than 50 years, they have been developing innovative solutions that make a meaningful difference to people around the world. With over 700 colleagues operating across three UK manufacturing sites, 12 international sales and distribution centres, and exports to more than 60 countries worldwide. Description Build and maintain deep technical expertise across assigned production areas, including processes, equipment, products and critical controls. Analyse production performance and shop-floor activity to identify losses and drive improvements in OEE, yield, flow and cost. Partner with Quality to maintain robust process specifications, validated parameters, controls and documentation. Support new product introduction by developing practical manufacturing solutions covering equipment, tooling, materials, training and documentation. Collaborate with Engineering to plan and implement equipment, tooling and process changes. Optimise manufacturing processes using Lean, engineering and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
