This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplined team involved in the design, manufacture, and support of new products. The role is pivotal in developing manufacturing processes from concept through to commissioning and qualification. Key Responsibilities: Developing new manufacturing processes in line with engineering plans and budgets. Ensuring compliance with industry standards for long-term process stability, including Lean Principles, Process Control Plans, and awareness of Programmable Logic Controls. Specifying and qualifying new equipment, and working with suppliers to meet regulatory and safety standards. Coordinating development activities to establish data that ensures sound understanding of materials and technology for plant and equipment. Managing project data files that capture process and design information, including trials data, process definitions, certification, and safety data.
