Process Engineer About the Role We are seeking a Process Engineer to support engineering governance, process improvement and compliance across complex, highly regulated programmes within defence and aerospace environments. You will play a key role in ensuring robust, standardised and auditable engineering processes, supporting delivery across the full product lifecycle - from development and design through to production, support and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in process engineering, quality systems and systems engineering integration, who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and govern engineering processes and process modelsSupport integration of processes across design, production and support lifecycle stagesDefine and map processes (e.g. SIPOCs) to capability frameworksEnsure alignment with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100)Support audits, gap analysis, KPI development and CAPA activitiesDrive standardisation and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop process documentation, training and onboarding materialsSupport engineering governance forums and cross-functional working groupsProvide oversight and support to Technical Design Reviews (TDRs)Enable effective process strategy and design practice integration across programmesSkills and Experience RequiredStrong experience in process engineering and governanceProven ability to develop and document engineering ..... full job details .....
