Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer Location: Barrow in Furness Land and Sea Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support operations at the Morecambe Hub in Barrow-in-Furness. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced process engineering professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to provide high-quality technical support across process systems and equipment, helping to ensure safe, reliable and efficient asset performance. The successful candidate will provide process engineering expertise across the Morecambe Hub, supporting operational performance, troubleshooting and optimisation. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, energy consumption and production reliability, while providing technical input into maintenance, asset integrity and improvement activities. The role will involve investigating process and equipment issues, undertaking root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions. You will also provide technical input to capital projects and modifications, including specifications, design reviews and commissioning activities. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving process work scopes, job packs and method statements, as well as providing technical oversight of contractors and vendors to ensure work is delivered safely, to the required quality and in accordance with technical and contractual requirements.
