Process Engineer Bedlington Salary Dependent on Experience Our client is a leader in their field are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join their growing team! Process Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and to instigate and participate in continuous improvement activities Planning and executing the procurement, installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment Produce and maintain technical documentation such as operating instructions, inspection standards and PFMEAs Support existing product lines and processes throughout the entire life cycle Day to day support of production, troubleshooting issues with manufacturing equipment Abide by and champion safe working practices when implementing new products, material processes or equipment Occasional travel to visit customers or suppliers Process Engineer Ideal Candidate: Experience with electronics and mechanical CAD design (Desirable) Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and statistical process techniques (Desirable) Familiarity with Mil standard and design for high reliability environments (Desirable) Experience of die bonding and wire bonding in a manufacturing environment Demonstrable experience in the electronics industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment Degree/HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience Demonstrated organisational, planning and program skills with careful attention to detail Have a strong technical bias, with ..... full job details .....
