      <description>Location: Norfolk | Salary: &amp;pound;48000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | A well-established manufacturing business within the FMCG sector is seeking a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimise production processes, and enhance equipment reliability and product quality. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to lead reliability-focused projects and contribute to site-wide performance improvements.   Process Engineer    Salary - up to -50,000    Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off days (6am to 6pm)    Location - Norfolk    Responsibilities    Deliver improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimise production outputs.
