You''ll play a key role in introducing new manufacturing processes, equipment and production facilities for upcoming vehicle programmes, giving you exposure to exciting projects with genuine long-term potential. What You''ll Be Doing As a Process Engineer, you''ll be involved throughout the introduction of new and updated manufacturing processes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, developing and introducing manufacturing processes and production equipment for new vehicle programmes. Assessing product designs to ensure they are suitable for efficient manufacture and assembly. Producing process documentation including PFMEAs and supporting virtual manufacturing simulations. Supporting prototype, pilot and production builds while identifying and driving resolution of manufacturing issues. Reviewing and selecting appropriate manufacturing technologies, including joining methods, automation and material handling systems.
