      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re helping a growing advanced materials team hire a Process Engineer to support the scale up of their porous silicon anode technology. This role combines hands on experimentation with process optimisation and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to bringing a new battery material into industrial production.  The Process Engineer will:  Design and run process development experiments to improve silicon synthesis and downstream processing. Support scale up activities from lab optimisation through to pilot scale implementation. Analyse process data using modelling or statistical tools to optimise operating conditions. Translate experimental and modelling insights into practical, scalable process improvements. Document results, learnings, and contributions to technical reports or IP. Collaborate with cross functional teams across electrochemistry, materials characterisation, and product development.
