You''ll work closely with production, quality and technical teams, investigating process issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing methods.This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working collaboratively across departments and making a genuine impact on manufacturing performance.Key responsibilities as the Process Engineer will include:Supporting manufacturing processes from quotation through to productionInvestigating process and product non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actionsWorking alongside Quality and Production teams to improve process capability and product qualityDeveloping and maintaining technical documentation and manufacturing process dataSupporting new product introduction and process development activitiesIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance manufacturing performanceMonitoring quality metrics and contributing to continuous improvement projectsLiaising with customers and ..... full job details .....
