Process Engineer-
The Process Engineer plays a critical role in the design, construction, commissioning, and long-term operation of the facility. This role will be involved in both build and operational phases.-
Responsibilities-
- Collaborate with: Design and Project teams to influence plant layout, process flows, and equipment selection. Production, Quality & Maintenance to ensure operations successful, compliance and safety.-
- Support the development and review of P&IDs, process flow diagrams and equipment specifications.-
- Contribute to the creation of SOPs, HAZOPs (including chair or acting chair), and operational readiness plans.-
- Participate in factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT).-
- Monitor and optimise processes against-KPIs-
- Troubleshoot process issues. Implement and lead (technical) continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.-
- Lead or contribute to CAPEX projects related to process improvements and equipment upgrades.-
Qualifications & Experience-
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or related discipline)
- Professional Member of the IChemE or similar
- Experience supporting new facility build, commissioning is highly advantageous-
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI certification
