Process Engineer - CNC Turning and CAD/CAMSalary: Competitive + BenefitsJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeWe are looking for an experienced Process Engineer from a precision machining environment to support and improve CNC turning operations within a high-performance manufacturing business.This role is suited to a hands-on engineer with strong CNC turning and CAD/CAM experience who enjoys solving manufacturing problems, improving processes and supporting production teams.Essential ExperienceMinimum 5 years'' experience in a precision machining or metal-cutting manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of CNC Turning processes.CAD/CAM programming experience.Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Proven experience implementing and improving manufacturing processes.Experience supporting production with tooling, programming and process optimisation.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and Continuous Improvement techniques.Experience investigating quality issues, NCRs and implementing corrective actions.Understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards.Experience using ERP/MRP systems.DesirableBackground in Motorsport, Formula 1, Aerospace or other high-precision engineering sectors.Knowledge of statistical process control and process capability.Degree qualified in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or similar.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport CNC turning operations through process development and optimisation.Implement and develop CAD/CAM capability.Resolve ..... full job details .....
