Job Title: Process EngineerContract Length: 12 Months Location: Grangemouth Manufacturing Site Industry: Agrochemical ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and focused Contract Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team at the Grangemouth Manufacturing Site. This role supports the production and formulation of agrochemicals that help farmers feed the world. The successful candidate will bring strong chemical engineering fundamentals, hands-on process engineering experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design and OptimisationDesign and deliver process improvement programmes for Active Ingredient and Formulation Fill and Pack capital projects.Maximise capital and operating cost efficiencies while ensuring HSE excellence.Support plant operations through effective process troubleshooting and optimisation.Technical LeadershipProvide specialist process engineering expertise to project teams and production managers.Act as Process Owner for assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring technical integrity and robust process control.Continuous ImprovementChallenge established protocols and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.Participate in cross-functional manufacturing support teams.Deliver scientific and technical work programmes safely and efficiently across ..... full job details .....
