Milton Keynes, MK6 4AHHours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 with occasional flexibility required for trial times.Salary:
Up to £35,000 DOEYour Duties Will Include:Effective delivery of the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plansLead the Process teams to move product from kitchen to factory, ensuring all aspects of product quality are met and delivers the agreed margin.Lead process team documentation to support product development to an auditable standardLead the launch of product to agreed standards including supporting running of the trial, launch meetings and efficient handover to Technical and production teamsTo understand and drive proactive process development initiatives which push production boundariesSupport post-launch review through work with Technical teams for ongoing assessment of product quality, solve manufacturing problems, driving continuous improvement, identify cost savings and efficiency to the businessSupport the organising of customer visits and benchmarking panelsPromote health and safety culture by following all HandS requirements during kitchen and process development workGeneral office duties and ad hoc projects, which may require time spent at other sites across the businessExperience:Passion for food, looking to continue career within food manufacturingHACCP / Food Safety TrainingExperience working with own label chilled foods (desirable)Experience of dealing with customer relationships e.g. JS, Asda, MandSHND/Degree in food based/manufacturing subject (desirable)Key Skills:Planning, organisation, and project managementCommunication at different levels of seniority across various teamsIdentifying solutionsBasic computing skillsQualities:A passion for food – product tasting is required across multiple categoriesProblem solvingEnthusiasm to learn and growSelf-MotivatedA team player with well-developed interpersonal skillsWhat''s in it for you?Dynamic Environment: You will be working in a fast-paced, future-thinking agile company where your contributions make a real difference.Professional Growth: Ample opportunities for personal and professional development, including continuous learning and career progression.Culture: Be part of a fantastic team that values diversity, innovation, collaboration and excellence.33 Days annual leave2 Employee Volunteering Days per yearEmployee well-being and community support groupsCharity Initiatives and Team events24/7 Access to Grocery Aid (Free Financial, Emotional and Practical Support)Physical Wellbeing Benefits – Free on demand exercise hub and various gym discounts.Free Financial wellbeing – mortgage calculators, budget tools, financial aid toolsThe Compleat Food Group are proud to have built an inclusive and respectful culture where our colleagues feel safe, supported and valued.
