Are you a Process Technologist with proven food industry experience, looking for a role where no two days are the same? This growing manufacturer is investing in people, kit and there is significant activity in product development. This new addition to the team is key to the next stage in growing the product range.

There''s a good blend of complexity and new product development activity alongside an experienced team to learn and develop with.

In this role you will be given

• Real autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Responsibility for product trials and managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Key involvement in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional working with Development, Production, Engineering, and Technical teams.
• Direct customer interaction, including supporting visits and presentations.
• Covering both new product development and existing product improvement.

Your Background

• Proven experience as a Process Technologist within food manufacturing.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of critical path management.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Practical understanding of factory kit and processes, with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
• A genuine team player with energy and drive.
