Process Design Engineer - Bioresources (Water Consultancy)
We''re looking for a Process Design Engineer with strong bioresource and sludge treatment experience to join a leading consultancy within the water sector. In this role, you''ll be responsible for developing process solutions across bioresource treatment, digestion, thickening, dewatering, and advanced treatment technologies.

You''ll produce process calculations, mass balances, P&IDs, and technical reports, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support feasibility studies, outline/detailed design, and project delivery. Experience with wastewater treatment processes, sludge optimisation, and UK water industry standards is essential.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven background in process engineering within the water/wastewater sector
• Hands-on experience with bioresource or sludge treatment technologies
• Strong technical design capability and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work across feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages
