This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, process standardisation, safety compliance, and team performance.Main duties and responsibilitiesSupervise and support Process Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operationsCoordinate closely with the Maintenance Team to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performanceChampion all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSandE) matters, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standardsLead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiencyDrive quality-first initiativesConduct root cause analysis on process deviations, non-conformances, and performance gapsDrive and maintain 5S workplace organisation standardsPromote and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the teamProvide training, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure process standardisation and best practicesMonitor ..... full job details .....
