This role will focus on laboratory-based process development, optimisation, and technical problem-solving to support manufacturing operations and supply activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Development and OptimisationPlan and execute laboratory work to develop, test, and optimise new and existing manufacturing processes.Ensure processes meet agreed technical, quality, and performance targets.Technical Expertise and SupportProvide expert process chemistry input to Process Development, Supply Chain, and project teams.Support the preparation and execution of development plans and manufacturing trials.Problem SolvingProactively advise and support manufacturing and development teams in resolving process issues.Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.Safety, Compliance and QualityCarry out all activities in strict compliance with site, company, and regulatory requirements.Promote and continuously improve safe working practices.Data Management and ReportingEnsure accurate storage and management of experimental and project data.Prepare clear, high-quality technical ..... full job details .....
