About the role As a Process Architecture and Governance Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring robust process documentation, governance, and performance monitoring across all functional areas. Operating autonomously, you will lead, plan, and deliver end-to-end process mapping and governance initiatives across the UK business. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sound risk management, driving process optimisation initiatives while empowering the wider team. Furthermore, you will have the autonomy to champion AI-driven process optimisation, ensuring our business scales effectively through smart technology. What you''ll doEstablish Frameworks and Standards: Define and implement frameworks for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business, embedding standardised documentation to eliminate departmental silos.
